Parkmall Trick n' Treat!

Halloween is here again and just like in the previous years, Parkmall brings to us Trick n’ Treat once again. Just for a minimum of Php 1,000 worth of purchase from the Kids Zone tenants, a child gets to join this Halloween activity and go home with treats from Parkmall and its tenants. This will happen on October 31, 2010 and this will be a day full of fun as kids dress up in costumes of their favorite characters.
 
The child may choose to join any of the two schedules available, 10:00AM-12:00NN and 3:00PM-5:00PM.

Go Green Photo Contest

Thunderbird Resorts together with Caltex Philippines and Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation Inc. will again host another photo contest entitled Thunderbird Resorts: Express Your Art Photo Contest II – Go Green.

Thunderbird Resorts: Express Your Art Photo Contest II – Go Green aims to promote Sustainability through photographs submitted by contest participants. The contest also is Thunderbird Resorts’ way of supporting art among Filipinos with photography as medium. This photo contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers, eighteen (18) years old and above, and residents of the Philippines.

All entries must be received until December 10, 2010. The contest organizers are not responsible for any postal or technical delay in the transmission of the entries. All entries must be received by Thunderbird Resorts at its office at 24th Floor, Salcedo Tower, 169 H. V. dela Costa Street, Makati City on or before December 10, 2010.
All entries should be mailed or personally submitted inside a sealed envelope to:

2nd PSME Run at Ayala Terraces Grounds

This Saturday, October 9, the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) will have the 2nd PSME Run at the Terraces grounds in Ayala Center-Cebu. They are now on its second year and expected to have more or less a total of 1,000 runners who will participate in  the 3k, 5k and the 10k category.

The registration fee is at P250 while it is only at P200 for students. You can register at ROX or RUNNR at Ayala Center Cebu Active Zone or at any PSME chapters in Cebu. The proceeds of the event will be used as a scholarship fund to support outstanding students in Cebu who needs help in earning their degree in college.

USC Frost Bite Fashion Show

The University of San Carlos - College of Architecture and Fine Arts will hold a Frostbite Fashion Show on Saturday, October 9 from 6:00pm – 10:00pm at the Ayala Center Cebu Terraces in Cebu Business Park. This fashion show will feature the designs of the Interior Design, Advertising Arts, Painting Arts and Fashion Design Majors of the University plus the pre-launching of the College’s Fashion Design Major.
